Access Floors OnSite
25 years of USG Contracting – Our sustainable supply chain business model has been in place for 25 years, delivering the highest and best in circularity. AFO has resurfaced over 500k raised floor panels, returning them directly back into service in 24/7 mission critical environments.

Why Choose AFO?
AFO Resurfacing is the obvious choice for older sites with viable access flooring in need of upgrade or decommissioned sites with access flooring that can be re-conditioned to virtually new and employed elsewhere. AFO provides the absolute highest and best value, lowest carbon footprint and best guarantee in the industry.
Lean Six Sigma Value Adding Manufacturing
AFO is the only “vertically integrated” vendor in the R.A.F. business space, design, manufacture, distribution and delivery are all in-house operations. For every 1000 square feet resurfaced and re-employed AFO takes 1 truckload of material off our highways up and downstream in the supply chain. We eliminate distribution and delivery by resurfacing right in your parking lot.
One Face To Our Customers:
By utilizing lean principles throughout the supply chain process, we deliver value from the core product through its installation, circumventing middlemen and excessive management. Use AFO as your single source for material, installation and accessories nationwide and beyond.

How it all Started
Robert purchased a raised floor contract while working as an assistant project engineer for Turner Construction Co. compelled by market potential, Robert left TCCO and went to work for Tate as sales engineer NY Metro and was mentored by the matriarch of the brand, Don Tate. Robert immediately automated estimating and sales on his personal PC and led the nation in the value of work in place. Unsatisfied, Bob set out to disrupt the NY RAF industry, booked a flight to Ascafenbugh Germany, and came away with distribution rights to a unique product and a $50k credit line. RW Boyle associates would go on to capture 14% of the market, Robert was a one-man band.
Robert founded Round World Business Group LLC on the notion, “what goes around comes around”. Access Floors OnSite was founded in 1997 with a belief in integrating fiscal, social, and environmental responsibility. How? :by ideating, building, and employing a mobile factory to recondition raised floor panels right at the source. Nobody did that or still does that. Hover Hotsite, his latest disruptive innovation, was conceived when the U.S. V.A. had a data site with an aged-out raised floor that needed to be changed out from the slab up. The conventional methodology would have meant countless hours of jacking and blocking up the equipment and a greater risk of downtime and accidents.
